STORE COLLECTION.

We welcome members of the public to collect directly from our store in Pontypridd. The address is: The Welsh Shop, Unit B1, Taffsmead Road, Treforest Ind Est, Pontypridd, Mid Glamorgan CF37 5TF. Our opening hours are 09:30-17:30 Monday to Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays). Orders will be prepared within 3 working days but if you need it faster please contact us and we will do our very best to accommodate you!

Please be aware that additional delivery costs on some larger-sized items may have to be added after your initial order. A member of our Web sales team will contact you if there are any issues.

All international orders may be subject to extra charges due to customs and other duties, this charge is the responsibility of the customer who placed the order. While we try our best to avoid this we cannot guarantee it & we do not take any liability for these charges.
